Herd Welcomes 2 New Joiners in July!

We're absolutely chuffed to announce two new starters from the month of July - Connor Kennedy and Olivia Schultz!
💡 Connor brings five years of Business Analysis experience across consulting, retail, higher education, financial services, and the charity sector. He has guided diverse transformational changes within both B2B and D2C spaces. As a people-first BA, his favourite part of the job is witnessing the "penny drop" moment when collaborating with teams to solve complex problems.🐩 Based near York with his wife and miniature poodle, Connor spends his free time enjoying scenic dog walks, gaming with friends, or planning his next travel adventure.
⚙️ Olivia is a Senior Business Analyst with more than a decade of experience delivering technology projects, including over eight years specialising in business analysis across both the public and private sectors. She has worked with organisations including Lululemon, New Zealand Customs Service, and Maritime New Zealand, helping bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. She is motivated by delivering solutions that genuinely improve outcomes for end users and enjoys getting into the technical details, from high-level architecture through to API schemas, to understand how systems work and how they can best solve the business problem.
✈️ Whilst originally from New Zealand, Olivia has recently relocated to Manchester after working in Vancouver, Canada. She enjoys board games (especially new ones!), travelling and attempting to be creative with a sewing machine.
