Great place to work
Scoring a whopping 97% in both Job Satisfaction and Average Happiness, we’re delighted to be named as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024

Community is in our DNA
We’re founders/co-founders of BA School Day, Public Sector Product Leaders, Cumbrian BA Network, and have a dedicated Director of Community.
Led by experience and non-consultancy vibes
Between us, we’ve worked with dozens of different consultancies as clients over the years. And to be frank we’ve seen a few too many cookie-cutter, one size fits all approaches. We wanted to do things differently. Experienced folk who’ve been there and got the t-shirt. Who are focussed on achieving outcomes and doing the right thing, not just another slide deck. Folk who are true specialists, as well as being nice to have a natter with. Basically a consultancy we’d have loved to work with as a client.

Head of Delivery, Project, and Programme Management
Faith has a delivery career spanning two decades and over eight years in leadership roles guiding diverse teams in both the public and private sectors. Her experience includes the Ministry of Justice, EDF Energy, RAPP Worldwide, The Body Shop, and Web3 product development at Luno where Faith ran the delivery strategy for digital and technology initiatives such as a new Design System and the Developer Experience roadmap.

Faith is passionate about the role of culture and people in delivery, particularly the quality in dynamics, communication, capability, transparency and psychological safety. Her values are based on empathy and positive regard for people, understanding the deeper root causes of problems, and how this so often leads to individuals needing a different form of support. She has founded and nurtured two delivery communities of practice in her last roles, organised bespoke training for her team, written and enacted a Delivery Mentorship framework, introduced company-wide team health checks offering valuable insights and recommendations to C-Suite executives on company culture.
Seeing people find fulfilment and enjoy the process of delivery is what lights her up at work.
