We’re excited to announce that Sinead Torley has joined the Herd, as a Principal Consultant. She joins our existing Principal team alongside Carl and Rich. With her background in the Nuclear power industry, as well as Central Government, she significantly broadens our sector expertise and business analysis capability. We’re also chuffed that she’s a fellow dog and coffee lover, both are very much at the heart of the Herd office.

About
Sinead lives in West Cumbria, near the Lake District with her husband, 2 children and their black & white whippet Kevin! She enjoys coffee, wine & baking and has recently bought a paddleboard and goes paddleboarding in the lakes.

Experience
Sinead has 20 years experience of working in IT projects and business change in the public sector. Starting out in a testing role (UAT) & involved in developing and implementing Government E-channel services, before formally moving into the Business Analysis profession almost nine years ago. She has been involved in introducing & embedding the BA Service framework in her previous organisations, as well as the continuous improvement of the services offered by the BA capability she was part of. She also supported BAs undertaking the Business Analysis apprenticeship.
